The 2016 International Federation of Psoriasis Associations (IFPA) Conference was held in Lisbon, Portugal. Psoriasis patients and representatives from across the five major continents gathered to share their experiences and learn from each other; working together to create a world that is more friendly and understanding towards people suffering from Psoriasis.

During the conference, Chairman Ko of the Psoriasis Association, Taiwan, presented a summary of the situation of Taiwan’s Psoriasis sufferers to representatives of member nations. (It should be noted that Taiwan was the only Asian country to deliver a speech.) He also talked about the yearly World Psoriasis Day events held in Taiwan, garnering much response and engaging in fine citizen diplomacy for Taiwan.
